What is Aquatech Amsterdam?
Aquatech is an international exhibition for the process, drinking and wastewater industries. The program provides an extensive overview of the latest developments in the field of water treatment, transport and storage, process control and automation, and points of use. Aquatech targets professionals from all sectors of the water industry and appeals to local and international policy makers, specialists, and others who apply water technology.

Here are some facts and figures from Aquatech Amsterdam 2006:

  • There were 871 exhibitors from over 47 countries. Over 70 percent of exhibitors came from outside the Netherlands.

  • More than 135 innovations and new products were on display.

  • There were 20,086 visits; 47 percent of the visitors came from outside the Netherlands.

  • The number of international visitors to Aquatech Amsterdam was 4 percent higher than the in 2004. The non-Dutch attendees hailed from 100 different countries.
